The rules are: 1) There may not be more "Evil Ollie" Cats than "Sweet Heather" Dogs on either side. 2) Only two in the boat at one time. 3) Although one should never trust an "Evil Ollie" Cat, they can be left without supervision. 4) The boat will only move if some-one is steering it.... (An "Evil Ollie" Cat can be trusted to steer the boat.) Click on the animals to put them in the boat.    Click on the boat to move it.
